The Arts Awards Waterloo Region Board of Directors sets the organization’s strategic vision, preserves the organization’s financial health, and assures the fulfillment of its mission. The Board is comprised of both industry professionals with varying backgrounds who bring a diverse range of knowledge, perspective and experience to guide and drive long-term value to the governance and day-to-day management of Arts Awards. Board members are nominated and elected annually at the organization’s annual general meeting.
